The second graders enjoyed an afternoon hanging out with their pen pals from Turtle Lake. They have been writing back and forth to each other all year and finally got to hangout in person. They had a picnic, played at the park, and did an art project together!
These five who made it past 100 Accelerated Reader points for the year are enjoying this gorgeous day at the SuperSlide Amusement Park!

The last freezer meal for the year for the sixth graders ! Today they made Cheesy Ham and Rice w/ Broccoli Hotdish! They figured out quickly that it is important to measure but those who found themselves in a "pickle" learned that rice will absorb the extra milk or that they needed to add a bit more milk! Nothing like applying fractions and proportions to a real life scenario!
