Students attending the State Volleyball tournament on Thursday must have a parent inform the school. The absence will not count against them. Attendance will be monitored at the tournament for those students going. Thanks

As winter weather arrives, please remember that students need snow boots, snow pants, gloves, and hats to play outside. We have a limited number of items to borrow, so we ask that you send these items with your child each day. If you need assistance with winter gear, please contact the school. Students without boots or snow pants will need to stay on the sidewalk during recess to stay dry. Thank you for your support!

Communication is key! 6th grade is working on listening, following directions, and verbal/ non- verbal messages. 8th graders are focusing on messaging, writing for an audience, and tone. Students have laughed a lot and learned that listening is a true skill! Stay tuned for some great social stories about recess and playground expectations!

Congratulations to Hayden Bassett for being selected to the 2025 NDACDA Middle School Honor Mixed Choir! This festival is equivalent to an All State for grades 7-9. Students from both Class A and B schools from the entire state sent in auditions in early October. They will travel to Fargo February 7-8 where they will rehearse with guest conductors, and conclude with a concert at Fargo North HS. This year there were 495 auditions sent in from 53 schools. There are a total of 190 singers chosen for the Honor Choirs. Congratulations to Hayden for being selected!!
