Attention all parents and students: due to the JH Basketball Tournament starting today, students will be dismissed out the elementary doors by the playground,
NOT out the front of the school.
Students who wish to attend the GBB regional tournament on Monday may dismiss at 12:30. Parents must call the HS office and students must sign out before they leave. Go Cougars!
One of our own, Samuel Benson, signed his letter of intent today to play college football this fall for Minot State University! Congratulations Samuel!



A few of our seniors had the opportunity to attend the Connecting the World mini conference in Bismarck today. Students had an introduction to the broadband service industry.

Elementary's fresh fruit and vegetables for the week!

Reminder that it is Dress Up Week for the Elementary students this week for our American Heart Health week.

Conversation Heart challenge ... 1st and 3rd graders worked to see how many kinds words they could put on hearts and then share them to high school lockers ! Lots of good fun!




Reminder... tomorrow is PJ Day for elementary students!

Balloon Chair Challenge! Mrs. Jangula's Business Management class has been learning about collaboration and teamwork this week! They ended the week seeing which team could build a balloon chair that held a classmate for 12 seconds or more!

Mrs Jangula's, Word Processing class is learning Microsoft Excel and today they tested their knowledge with functions! They had to sort Valentine's Day candy and input data into excel and use the max, min, average, sum and IF functions!

Elementary Students went home today with some great information on Heart Health. Mary Reiser came in to speak and get us excited about Heart Health Awareness. Students went home with information on how to help the American Heart Association.

FBLA delivered breakfast to the Underwood staff this morning! The FBLA chapter wants to send a big thank you to all of our staff here at Underwood! Thank you for all that you do for our school!


These 7th & 8th graders competed in the Math Counts contest today at Washburn. Jayden and Noah placed in the top
25% of the participants.
