5th grade took a field trip to Bravera Bank today! They have been learning about money and finance through Junior Achievement lessons w/ Bob Larson and this was a great opportunity to see experience this first hand!
Our Scholastic Book Fair starts today! Open every day after school until around 3:30 (through next Wed.)! It will also be open from 3:30-6:30 p.m. next Monday the 25th.

Division A and B Parade of Champions Video Presentations Information:
Two separate Parade of Champions video presentations featuring Division A school champions and Division B school champions will air on ABC on Friday, March 15 during their respective boys basketball tournaments.
The Division B Parade of Champions video presentation will be televised Friday, March 15 between that tournament’s afternoon semifinal games.

6th- 8th grade science dove into 3D printing this week! They explored items to print and learned about the process. Much more to come, but this was a great introduction!

Mrs. Jangula's Financial Literacy class wrapped up their careers unit with mock interviews today. Thank you to the staff who took time out of their day to interview the students! All the students did great!

For Reading Month, elementary students have the choice to play Super Reader BINGO by completing different reading activities. Once they achieve 2 BINGOs, they can turn in their card for a Super Reader cape & mask. Here are most of our Week 1 Super Readers!
Mr. Jangula's coaching, culture, and sports officiating class had a special guest on Wednesday. Mr. Mark Golberg traveled all the way from Beach to speak to the class about his coaching philosophy, some of his greatest wins, and some of the biggest heartaches. It was a great visit and the students were hooked on every word!
Today the students in grades 6-9 worked with artist Myra Klein to continue their work on a collaborative mural. It's coming along and students can't wait for the final masterpiece revealing at the art show case on April 12 at 5:30!
The elementary had a mystery guest reader today for our "Be a Super Reader" Reading Month! A ginormous thank you to one of our local superheroes, State Trooper Tim Frank, for coming to read with us!
