3rd grade got out and enjoyed the beautiful day today by going on a nature walk to find inventions that may have been "inspired by nature"!
Tonight's BBB game against Kidder County has a schedule update. Kidder County does not have enough players to play two full games. As a result, the JV will only play two quarters. The JV game will still start at 6:00 PM, play two quarters, and the regular Varsity game will follow.

The south elementary doors by the playground and weight room are broken. Please obey the sign and refrain from trying to use them or key fob in. We are hoping to fix this in the very near future!
Another great Elementary Family Game Day after school today! Thank you to all who attended and a big thanks to the ND State Library for the funding to purchase the games!
Parents and families:
Please make sure that your child/ren has winter gear for recess. ALL Prek-6 students go outside for recess and need boots, snow pants, coats, hats, gloves/ mittens. The school has minimal extra supplies to share at this time. If you need any winter clothing, please call the school and we will assist. Bus riders also need to have these each day!

Today, Underwood High School started competing in the Comet House Cup sponsored by the Pep Club. The students were sorted into five houses: House Rispetto (Respect), House Valor (Courage), House Fidelitas (Loyalty), House Integridad (Integrity), and House Amicus (Kindness). The students then competed in our first competition to use teamwork to cross the gym because the floor was lava! The house that tallies the most points by the end of the year will win a prize!! Ask the 7-12 students about it!
Elementary Parents - Just a heads up that tomorrow we are hosting a GBB and BBB doubleheader starting at 3:00 PM. The school will be a little busier than usual and the parking lots might be congested. Parents can still pick up their children on the south side of the school.
Family Elementary Game Time is this Wednesday! Students attending need to have an older student (7th gr. and up) or parent with them! Also PLEASE let teachers know if your child will be attending in order to minimize confusion.
